Fed-Ex, UPS as well as USPS all deliver directly to the RCA main office. Please bear in mind that in NJ post does not get delivered on Shabbos or Sunday.
All post is delivered to the main office of the RCA and is picked up by YSP staff around 2pm, and is then distributed to the Talmidim throughout the course of that same day.
All post should be made out to:
Name of Talmid, Rabbinical College of America, c/o YSP, 226 Sussex Ave. Morristown NJ 07960″
The RCA is a very large campus and although on a general basis there is a meticulous system in place to route all packages to their proper recipients, sometimes it is possible for packages to get delayed somewhere along the way (If you neglect to add the prefix of “c/o of YSP”, if they are picked up by the wrong program, identical names, etc.) So don’t worry if the package says “Delivered” and your son does not have it yet, it may take an extra day or two, but it’ll get to him very soon.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send the following items: Items that can be purchased in a supermarket, such as Amazon Pantry items, and other groceries. Please do not send cases of water, or electric appliances. Please be considerate with the weight of the items you send. YSP cannot distribute packages that weigh more than 7 lbs. YSP cannot take responsibility for such items, and they will not be distributed if they arrive. Thank you for understanding.
If a package is perishable (i.e. medical supplies), needs refrigeration, or is urgent, it is best to notify his counselor (by emailing him from the contact tab at the top left of this page) before sending it, and if possible include tracking info. This way he can keep an eye out for it, and make sure it gets to your son ASAP.
